We send a written proposal
Within 24 hours. Everything in writing. Scope. Price. Timeline. Deliverables. Nothing hidden. The number in the proposal is the number you pay.
You review and approve
Take your time. Ask questions. Change anything you want. We begin only when you are completely comfortable with what has been agreed.
We start with a discovery session
One hour minimum. Sometimes three hours. We learn your business. Your audience. What you want people to feel when they land on your site. We do not skip this step.
First design draft — usually within one week
You receive a live preview link. A real site you can click through. Not a mockup. Not a PDF. A working version in your browser.
Revisions until it is right
You tell us what to change. We change it. We go back and forth until you are satisfied. There is no limit on revision rounds during the agreed review window.
Launch day
We connect your domain. We do a final round of checks across desktop and mobile. We make sure everything loads fast. Then your site goes live.
Three months of support
After launch you have us for three months. Something breaks — we fix it same day. Something needs to be updated — we do it. You are not alone after delivery.

We accept payment via Wise (for international transfers), PayPal, or direct bank transfer. You pay in your local currency. We handle the conversion.
Structure: 50% upfront before we start. 50% on launch day before the site goes live. For larger projects we can split into three payments — upfront, halfway, launch.
You receive a professional invoice in PDF format every time. Clear breakdown. Clear amount. Your currency. Accepted by your bank.
Swedish clients: Wise is free to set up and used by millions of businesses in Sweden. The exchange rate is transparent before you confirm. Money arrives within 1 to 2 business days.
What if I am not happy with the design?
You do not pay the final invoice until you say you are satisfied. We revise until it is right.
What if something breaks after launch?
You message us. We fix it same day. You have three full months of support included at no extra cost.
What if the price changes?
It does not. The proposal price is the final price. Nothing is added without your written approval.
What if we miss the deadline?
We have never missed a deadline. But if we do — we tell you immediately, explain why and give you a new date. You keep all payment already made.
For quick questions and updates. Most clients prefer this. Response within 4 hours during working hours.
For proposals, invoices and written agreements. Every important decision goes in writing.

For design reviews, discovery sessions and any conversation that is easier to have face to face.
Response Time
We are online during Swedish and Nigerian business hours. You have a response before lunch on the same day.
